SERA WAS NEVER
(capo on the first fret)

 Em                               D
Sera was never an agreeable girl
         C                 D             Em
Her tongue tells tales of rebellion
                                          D
But she was so fast and quick with her bow
       C               D                       Em
No one quite knew where she came from.

 Em                                      D
Sera was never quite the quietest girl
         C                D                      Em
Her attacks are loud and they're joyful
                                             D
But she knew the ways of nobler men
          C              D           Em
And she knew how to enrage them

 Em                         D
She would always like to say
   Em
"Why change the past when you can own this day?"
      G                             D
Today she will fight to keep her way
               C                   D                   Em
She's a rogue and a thief and she'll tempt your fate

[repeat chorus]

 Em                                      D
Sera was never quite the wealthiest girl
             C         D             Em
Some say she lives in a tavern
                                              D
But she was so sharp and quick with her bow
 C            D              Em
Arrows strike like a dragon

 Em                                      D
Sera was never quite the gentlest girl
         C                 D             Em
Her eyes were sharp like a razor
                                             D
But she knew the ways of commoner men
         C              D              Em
And she knew just how to use them

 Em                         D
She would always like to say
   Em
"Why change the past when you can own this day?"
      G                             D
Today she will fight to keep her way
               C                   D                   Em
She's a rogue and a thief and she'll tempt your fate
