1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of:

• The mobile application "Guitar Songs" for Android (the "Application")

The Website and the Application are collectively referred to as the "Service".

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a platform for posting and sharing song lyrics with chords.

All content on the Service is created and posted by users. The Service administration acts solely as a technical platform and is not responsible for the content of user materials.

2.1. On the Website, users can:

• View song lyrics with chords without registration
• Add new song lyrics with chords (authentication required)
• Edit existing materials (authentication required)
• Add links to additional materials for songs (authentication required)
• Interact with other users through song comments (authentication required)

2.2. In the Application, users can:

• View song lyrics with chords without registration
• Add songs to favorites and create playlists
• Customize personal display settings
• Synchronize favorites, playlists, and settings across devices (authentication required)
• Receive song database updates via the internet

3. Authentication and Accounts

3.1. For the Website:

Registration is not required to view content on the Website. To add and edit content, you must authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0.

3.2. For the Application:

Registration is not required to view content in the Application. To synchronize favorites, playlists, and personal settings across devices, users can authenticate using one of the following methods:

• Via Firebase Authentication (using email and password)
• Via Google Sign-In (using a Google account)

3.3. By authenticating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information from your account
• Maintain the security of your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.4. Data Synchronization:

When you authenticate in the Application or on the Website, your data about favorite songs, playlists, and personal settings are saved on servers and can be synchronized across different devices on which you use the same account.

3.5. Account Deletion:

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in the Application or on the Website. Upon account deletion:

• Your username will be removed from the database
• Your favorites list will be deleted
• All playlists you created will be deleted
• All personal settings will be deleted
• Important: Songs you added via the Website will NOT be deleted and will remain available to other users

4. User Content and Responsibility

Important: Our Service provides a platform where users can post song lyrics with chords.

The Service administration:

• Does not create or pre-screen content posted by users
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of posted information
• Is not responsible for errors in song lyrics, chords, or other materials
• Does not verify compliance with copyright laws when users post content
• Promptly responds to copyright infringement complaints in accordance with the Copyright Policy (Section 6)

4.1. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Website, including song lyrics, chords, comments, and links to additional materials. By uploading materials, you confirm that:

• You have all necessary rights to publish such content or have obtained appropriate permission from the copyright holder
• The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties
• The content does not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable materials

4.2. Prohibited Content

You are prohibited from posting content that:
